MiKi15 operates on a fanless and ventless mechanism, enclosed in a solid aluminium die-cast casing coated with nanotechnology, this kiosk is certified with IP66 rating which safeguards against liquid and dust in harsh operation environments. The ruggedised touch screen enclosure also means it is readily constructed for applications both indoors and outdoors.

Designed for flexible serviceability at minimal downtime, MiKi15 is equipped with removable hard drive for fast system restore and is lightweight to provide for mobility and easy of system replacement if necessary. The Senor Observer software included with the kiosk is a dedicated diagnostic program that allows for remote monitoring of the operating parameters and health status of the kiosk, aiding as a preventive measure against system error.
